How do I order a ready-to-wear piece?
Add it to your bag, check out, and we send payment details by WhatsApp and email. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and you can follow it on the Track order page.
How do I pay?
We confirm payment by WhatsApp. Pay by bank transfer in Naira, or ask us about options for pounds, euros and dollars.
How does bespoke work?
Send an enquiry, book a consultation, and we measure you in person, on video or over WhatsApp. You then get a written quote. Production starts when the deposit is received.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Your quote shows an estimated completion date. It depends on the piece and how many fittings you need.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is shown on your quote, usually 60%. The balance is due before delivery.
Do you deliver outside Lagos and Nigeria?
Yes. We deliver nationwide and ship worldwide. Delivery time and cost depend on where you are, so message us for a figure.
What if my ready-to-wear piece does not fit?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as it arrives. We can advise on sizing or, for a perfect fit, make the piece bespoke.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order in the menu. Enter your order number (like DV-1001) and the email you ordered with.
