Who we are

Duvanni Apparel ("we", "us") is a menswear and bespoke tailoring business based in Nigeria. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Bespoke enquiries: your name, email, phone number, country, the garment you want, your budget, notes and any reference photos you upload.
• Consultations and quotes: the date, time and type of consultation you book, your measurements if we take them, and your replies to a quote.
• Orders: your name, email, phone, delivery address and the items you order.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic site usage: pages visited, device type and country, collected without cookies and without identifying you personally.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, book your consultation and prepare your quote.
• To take, pack, deliver and track your order, and to take payment.
• To email or message you about your order or commission.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: one remembers your chosen currency and another holds the items in your bag. Our visitor analytics do not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the site, and they only handle data on our behalf: database and file hosting, web hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria.

How long we keep it

We keep order and commission records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting duties. Enquiries that go no further are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. To make a request, email us using the address below.

Links to private pages

Your order, quote and tracking pages are reached through a private link. Anyone with the link can see that page, so please keep it to yourself.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
