How to style a native set beyond the occasion
A well-cut native set is not just for weddings. Three ways to wear one all week.

A native set is the most versatile thing in a Nigerian wardrobe, and the most underused.
Keep the set, change the finish
Pair the top with clean white sneakers for a relaxed daytime look. Swap to loafers and a slim belt when the evening calls for more.
Mind the fit
The shoulder seam should sit at the edge of your shoulder and the trouser should break just above the shoe. If it does not, a tailor can fix it in a day.
Fit does more than fabric ever will.
Colour
Olive, sky blue and cream are easy to repeat. Start there, then add a bolder colour once you trust the cut.
